Wow! Love them! Awesome product. Super easy install, they almost install themselves. Blinds Chalet has fantastic customer service (Thanks Shannon!) and quality products/vendors. Have bought from them for years and they will always be my blinds, shades, and shutter company. Simple the best in all ways possible

I purchased these roughly 3 years ago. I love them and they are easy to clean. Sadly, these little closures on the top and bottom of the middle section keep popping off which then doesn't allow shutters to open and close properly. Hoping I can get some replacement parts to glue in which would fix them. They started falling off within the first year but by year 3, at least 25% of my blinds are missing them.

I had a few questions before I ordered my shutter, so I called customer service. Surprised I didn't have to wait or go through 10 prompts to get a real person. She was very nice and answered my questions with expertise. My order came in about two weeks later and I was very happy with the quality and the ease on installation.

Thrilled with entire process...great help with ordering, arrived in good shape and my 79 year old husband figured it all out and they totally improved the look of my rooms. Thanks for all your help, couldn't be more pleased.
