I absolutely love my new black blinds, especially with the added valance at the top which looks very classy. I am, however not a fan of the 4 string cord to adjust my blinds. I wish it was only 1 string on each side. It's very frustrating to me to get the position I want. My contractor said he can tie all 4 cords into a knot once he gets the perfect position I want and then I can just pull on one string to raise the blinds if I choose to do so. The color black is the exact deep dark color I was looking for, but I just wish I was able to see a little more of the wood grain. I also noticed that there are numerous chips of paint that were missing on my blinds. I hope the rest of the color doesn't tend to chip off that easily. But I definitely would say that the blinds do look very, very nice.

The blinds were delivered and packaged very well. Two wood Aspen blinds were installed in our front bedroom. The installation was straight forward and the blinds fit perfectly. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
