We got our order sooner than anticipated which was wonderful. They were perfect in every way and were stunning. So much so that I just ordered the same shades for the rest of the house. At these prices you can't go wrong. I looked at other companies to purchase from and they were so much more expensive and didn't have half the selection. The customer service people were on top of there game and had all the answers and suggestions you could ever need when trying to make your decision. I will definitely be telling me friends. We bought our first woven shade about 6 years ago. The pulley string broke and I could not fix and opted to buy another shade. The quality of the new shade seems to be better and the pulley string does not get caught on the edges.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
