I bought these blinds for my home office and dining room and am very impressed with their quality and appearance. Your designer helped me select the best edge tape color through an online chat session, and the choice was excellent. These blinds are superior to the woven woods I have purchased previously from a designer and another online store. I will be recommending Blinds Chalet to my friends in future.

Purchased 6 Premier Woven Wood Shades in Lorena Walnut with Cocoa edge binding. Loved the wood, loved the construction, loved the ease of installation, loved the fact that they were made in America. great great quality for the price. I will purchasing more in near future for rest of house.

The initial shade we received contained a flaw in the middle of the weave. Blinds Chalet replaced the blind promptly. The replacement blind is perfect. Looks and performs very well.

Limit is 1 remake per blind/shade. All remakes will have to be remade in the same color, feature and specifications, no changes are allowed.

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

Any mis-measurements reported after 30 days will not be covered, however, new blinds and shades can be ordered with an additional 10% discount.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
