Great product but disappointed they could no longer be made in a custom width less than 24”. So we disassembled the blind ourselves to customize it to the measurement we needed, which was a lot of work! The first 9 shades we ordered a year ago were made to our exact specs.

Because of the size of my window (87.5 x 57.5) I was hesitant to order a blind sight unseen. The sample and price difference between ordering from Blinds Chalet and one of the big name stores made me go ahead and place the order. I am thrilled with the product and ease of installation. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
