This shade has helped keep the sun from bleaching our brand new carpet. I love that it still lets in all the light without the harmful rays. I'm hoping that it will help with the cold in the winter. We've ordered several top down bottom up shades and have loved them all. They allow us to the privacy in our home with still seeing outside. One of them arrived damaged and after taking a picture and contacting the company I recieved an immediate response from Shannon. She was wonderful and quickly had an new one made and shipped. I was so pleased that they were so quick to fix a mistake. I have been telling everyone about these shades and how wonderful the company was.

We have a very sunny room that these went into. I love the light, but not the heat gain we were getting. These are amazing and have kept this room so much cooler. When it first arrived it was damaged and so I emailed customer service (included a picture of the damage) and was helped by Shannon. She was wonderful and quickly had a new one made and shipped. Second one arrived in perfect condition and couldn't be more happy!!! I have loved every shade I have purchased and so appreciate great customer service. Can't say enought about this company! They're FANTASTIC!

I've been wanting to replace the aluminum mini blinds in my travel trailer for a long time. Was looking for something more elegant, yet functional. These blinds look terrific and allow 3 views- black out, shaded and clear-view. Well worth the little extra cost to get these nice looking pleated multi-view shades.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
