I used the directions given to measure the windows and the blinds fit perfectly. They look great. I chose Blinds Chalet after pricing the same blinds at a small dealer/installer and a big box store. They were $400 less that the dealer/installer and $200 less than the big box store. They were made and sent in less than a few weeks. I am very happy with how they look and operate.

Packaging for shipping is excellent. Production turn around time is excellent. True to color of the sample. True to size. Satisfied with my order. However, what is notable: Presently, the slats are made thinner then they were made, five years ago, when I last ordered. The slats have a noticeable wave or warp, in some areas because of the thinner composite slat. Would prefer if you would return to making the slats thicker. The ones I ordered five years ago are higher quality in appearance because of their thickness. Thank you

These were a perfect fit for my Anderson double-hung wood windows. My concerns--one wand was bluntly cut and not rounded like other two blinds ( called customer service & was replaced ); the cornices were whiter in color than blinds & wands; The 3 strings and toggles on larger blind are a nuisance/unsightly.

Great choice for my triple french door. The blinds were easy to hang. Make sure you request hold down brackets if you're hanging the blinds on a door. I didn't. I had to get some from one of the big box stores. The blinds look great.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
