These blinds were great quality and exactly what we wanted. The only issue we have is that one of the valances is a little too short. So there is more space than there should be between the wall and the valance frame. I have not contacted the company for a replacement . Oh and the installation was super easy!

I ordered 2 equal size blackout shades with side tracts for 2 windows that are just under 5ft tall and wide. They provide virtually 100% total black out. The blinds fit pretty well once I adjusted for the 1/2" that the company subtracts from my actual measurements. The blinds are well made, color is front and back, and they look good inside and outside. Great for reflecting summer solar heat, especially in Florida. Great product!

Appearance Sweet- Installation a lttle diffilcult but 74" header by myself would suggest two people Functionality- Purchased Two on One Rail Right Tilt Mechanism did not work-Awaiting a replacement mechanism as it may have dislodged during shipping etc. If this correct the issue 8 of 10 Blinds are beautiful

The blinds arrived and being alone was a little difficult to get into but did manage.Not having the strength ti install the brackets I did have to get someone to help me there.The blind is very nice and works very well in my window.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
