I like your product and I like your staff. My only complant was that my blinds took a long time to get ready and when they were finally done the driver could not find my house so I ended up driving to pick up my blinds myself because I wanted them before easter since I was having company over. The blinds were promised to me all week and then It was Friday when they tried to deliver. I called on friday and picked them up just before you closed. That was the only frusterating thing.

Have made many purchases from Blinds Chalet over the years and have always been very satisfied with the service and quality of the products. This was the first time anything was wrong although extremely minor. The hold downs for the bottom of the mini blinds were missing from the original order but I called and they shipped them out immediately. I have always been more than satisfied with them.

Great quality polyester shades. The roller mechanism is by far the best I've run across. Smooth operating! I ordered a reverse roller shade which does not come with a valance. If the company could work on a design to cover the roller itself, I'd appreciate them even more! The lead time for a custom order was minimal. The shades were packaged with care, absolutely no damage in shipping. I definitely recommend this product and this company.

Nice blinds. Came quick. Only problem was inside mount is the exact measurement. They usually come trimmed a 1/4 in each side. They fit to tight to open/close. When measuring take that into account

Blindschalet were great on customer service. I got 4 messages that the blinds would be delivered by end of day and they never showed up. When Fed Ex finally delivered, I questioned the guy and he said it was because I didn’t have my lot # on the address. I politely pointed it to him and he said “Oh”.
Both plastic end to hold valences were broken but replacements came within days.

The vinyl blind broke. I went on ordered the blinds and forgot I about them.
I then realized I the old broken blind were still hanging and couldn't be used. I was going to call the next day to see where the blinds were because it had been about two weeks since I order them. When I came home from golf the next day they were on the front porch. Thanks again real pleased.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
