Beautiful product. Ordered another larger one and it arrived in great time as well. There was slight problem, but Shannon Q. handled it well with great communication. All in all will order from them again. The Roman shades really are a quality product. TIP— they may arrive wrinkled from shipping but give it a couple of days hanging and voila.

They look great. The blinds open and close real nice. I am having some trouble with pull them up,

I am quite pleased with the prompt service and delivery. The blinds have not yet been hung, am finishing a remodel, but they look lovely. Customer service was extremely helpful in the customer service department! Am putting an average in the quality and installation sections because they have not been hung yet and I am required to submit a "grade" to post this review. Also note I clearly state above the blinds have not been installed yet. *A flaw in your feedback system*

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
