The blinds came out beautiful. The look elegant and are just what I wanted. I have a 72" wide window and I will say that they are heavy when I put them up and down (much more than I originally thought) but I am still very pleased with them. I would buy again from Blinds Chalet. This is my second time ordering from them.

We are very satisfied with these blinds. We had a very pleasurable experience all around with Blinds Chalet. I discovered them through a "GoodHouseKeeping" article. We had ordered from another company and were disappointed in the quality. Blinds Chalet blinds are of good quality. They arrived on time and well packaged. We will order from this company again.

The blinds were an excellent price and quality.<br>The one problem I had was the top rail and bottom rail had a bow in it and so had a little bit of problem to install after head rail was put on could not see the bow and the bottom rail the couch was in front of over all I would order again from Blinds Chalet I needed the blind for my front window because of sun living in Florida I could wait another 2-3 weeks for a new one.

The blinds were an excellent price and quality.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
