Nice product, not sure what the extra little pieces of valance are for. My problem is with my previous, where the valance is shorter than the bracket/rail by about an inch. Very unsightly.....

We ordered the two inch and one inch faux wood blinds. Ordering process was easy with many options to choose from. The blinds operate smoothly and and are quality made. Our only complaint is that the outside supporting strings should be moved out a bit. Our windows are only 23" wide but the slats tend to dip past those strings. We didn't see the point in ordering basswood if we were going with a painted slat instead of natural. That being said, we can live with it and would go back to blinds chalet first before ordering from another company in the future.

After buying 8 Aspen faux wood blinds last fall, we recently ordered 2 for our MBath. As before, they arrived quickly, but uh-oh ... One blind was too crooked! I emailed customer service right away. Shannon was very friendly & helpful in her communications, & we received another blind within a couple weeks. Our bathroom looks great now. Thank you, Shannon & Blinds Chalet!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
