The blinds fit perfectly-I measured for them myself, with the clearly stated instructions on your website.The awesome valence finished off the the professional looking results.All done by me! With no prior experience! Well I guess YOU were a LITTLE help! Actually,I couldn’t have done it without you.$ 84.00 was the total cost for the 2 blinds and all included hardware .

We really like the look of our new blinds, the are very nice looking.
One issue we had was the lack of directions. We had 6 boxes and didn't have any instructions or wands. . I called and was told there was only one set of instructions in one box so we had to open 5 boxes in order to find the instructions and the wands were in another. It would be helpful to indicate what box they were in on multiple orders to alleviate the stress.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
