What a great company to get your blinds from! The quality is superb and the installation could have been done by a 10 year old. They were super easy to install! We mistakenly ordered one of the twelve blinds with the wrong width. We contacted their "live help" and spoke with Kelly Wiggins. She corrected our mistake and a new one is on the way with an extra discount. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Blinds Chalet. You'll love them yourself!

This is about the 3rd order from B. C. and I have loved them so much. This last order was off somewhat. I noticed each of the valances was shorter in width than the actual blinds. This was not the case for all the previous orders. It makes me a little concerned, as we still have blinds to order and I am not wondering about quality control.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
