Easy installation!! Look great!! But, 3 of the 6 I ordered had creases on them, making 2 of them almost inoperable..BC is in process of replacing the blinds. Also, if ordering long blinds (ours were 94" long) it would be nice to have a wrap around support for the middle.

Blinds are very nice, appearance is great! The only problem is that I have a bay window and the middle
Blind could not be installed as the brackets are too wide and it does not allow space for it.
If it wasn't for that I will be completely satisfied.

The Aspen 2" faux wood blinds are beautiful and greatly enhance the appearance of our home. The samples we requested came quickly and we were able to confidently pick the colors that most complemented the colors of our rooms.

Only one negative: The headpiece that came with each set of blinds is elegent in style and sets off the blinds. However each should have have been cut a little longer. They are the exact length of the blinds so you can see the hardware if you stand to each side. Cutting them slightly longer would have hid that.

I highly recommend Blinds Chalet for their excellent pricing, customer service and speedy shipping.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
