Ordering was uncomplicated. They shipped very quickly. (I really wasn’t expecting them so quickly)
They were packed VERY WELL. In sturdy boxes.
I have prior experience hanging blinds, so for me, install was quick and easy. All parts were accounted for. I ordered my Aspen 2” Faux with tape. The overall quality is, again, more than I was expecting. They look like top-of-the-line blinds. The tilt and draw cord pills (I chose cords and no wand) are a little sluggish and feel as if they grab a bit during adjustment. I won’t be lifting them, and will occasionally tilt the louvers for light.
I did have a mechanical issue with one of my four blinds’ tilt mechanism,but Shannon at customer service helped to resolve it by sending some videos to help resolve, via email.
Overall, I am extremely pleased about my product investment at Blind Chalet.

They fit perfect, look great and was easy to install. I bought bedroom blinds and liked so much I then ordered kitchen blinds. Installation was EASY! Previous blinds by other seller required adjusting length of strings on blind, and was harder to install

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
