Nice blinds, very well packaged , ordered 2 on one rail , 73 &3/4 wide by 63 " long . when I lowered blinds down to 63" , the cords ,in my opinion were to short to pull back up. the cords pulls were 75" to the floor, about one foot short of a comfortable distance. Hope this is of some help.

As a repeat customer I am very pleased with the Aspen 2" Faux wood blinds. I initially ordered these blinds for one window. I'm very satisfied with the their quality and the ease of ordering them on Blinds Chalet website and the speed in which I've received them. This last order was for three large windows. I took advantage of their sale. I was also pleased they offered a split rail option. It allows my wife to sales each side individually. This is a great option.

There are few home improvements that make such an impact on the appearance of a home for a reasonable amount of money as new window coverings! This is the 4th set of blinds we’ve ordered from Blinds Chalet and we couldn’t be more pleased with them! Decided on a darker color this time, and the room looks twenty years newer as a result.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
