My larger blind was dented at the headrail when it arrived causing them to look a bit crooked, but I can live with it. The smaller blind had the wrong screws and i had to find longer ones. In addition, I think I may have a cornice valance which i didn't want since these are inside mount with wood frames. That may have been my fault. I also find the wand that opens and closes the larger window is very difficult to use.

Very happy with our order. Received samples that were true to the actual and the shipment arrived earlier than expected. Excellent quality. The cornice valences did not fit some of my windows because the frames have a radius (my miscalculation) and customer support provided a perfect solution and it was easy to make adjustments. Would recommend these, they look beautiful!

The blinds are incredible and very easy to install. They look so much better than the 1" white metal ones previously hanging up. I did have a question on the installation of the cornice valance and customer service stayed on the line with me until the light bulb came on and I figured it out. Buying custom sized blinds is the way to go and the savings was better than buying non custom blinds from Lowe's. They arrived nicely packaged and I couldn't be happier. Oh and the fact that they'll send you the color samples for free was a definite factor in selecting Blinds Chalet. That and the large selection of styles/colors. Thank you! Michelle

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
