Love the blinds! the color is perfect, they were easy to install and they really look great.
I thought I ordered the routeless version but that's not how they came. I'll have to be sure to remember to do that when I order again!!

The blinds we ordered fit perfectly into our windows. We did order the blinds with cornice and the only complaint we would have is that the corner pieces of some of the cornices came unglued and we had to glue them back on. They were not very well packed and your manufacturer might be well served to pack those in some styrofoam. Other than that we were very happy with the blinds and they look wonderful. Thanks so much.

I never thought I'd be able to afford blinds for our newly purchased home any time in the future. BUT Blinds Chalet made that possible.

The sales people in helping me measure the windows correctly. They were wonderful and accommodating, the blinds arrived when promised and were easy to install.

The fact that I could have samples sent to me free of charge (a small mailing fee) allowed me to pick the exact color I wanted.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
