The blinds are attractive and look like real wood. It was great to be able get samples. I chose the oak. I was not disappointed. I would not hesitiate to order again from Blinds Chalet.

My measurement was off 2 inches.... but that was not your fault......I can lower the Rodin t becomes a problem.

They look awesome. So much better than the old ones. The only thing was the cords were way too long, and the instructions weren't very good. But I've installed plenty of shades so it was easy.

I like the blinds very much. They only thing I could say is that if you have a sunny window with heat, they will warp and bend a little. I live in the desert, and face the hot sun. Maybe solid wood would be better in that area.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
