We love the quality and look of these blinds! Fit was perfect! We have these blinds in every window in our house! There was an issue with the cloth tape being in stock but the customer service rep contacted us to let us know and offered alternatives. Very happy with our order from Blinds Chalet!

First I'd like to day that Blind Chalet it a great place to purchase blinds. Secondly, I had a problem with one blind that was not assembled correctly and the blind slats were higher in the middle, but I sent a picture to customer service and he forward it to the manufacturer and a remake is scheduled at N/C. I did not know these blinds were plastic but my wife said that Faux means fake wood blinds. But here in FL I guess plastic would be better but they do bend. My problem above my be due to the extreme tightness that the blinds are shipped, just a thought. Therefore I still would recommend Blind Chalet for all your window covering needs. Any thanks customer service for all their help.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
