Cons: 3 of 5 (every blind longer than 3') had a corner of the valence broken off--no big deal with a little wood glue, headrail with 2 blinds had dents on both sides of headrail--no big deal as the valences covered the blemishes up, instructions were extremely hard to read--can't they come in English only and something bigger than 4 pt font?

Suggestion: I had to purchase heavy duty drywall anchors from Lowe's delaying my project; not sure if most folks go through drywall (but I think they do!), but if you would include anchors in every order, it would only cost the consumer a few bucks more and make the customer more happy! (But please don't include cheap anchors!)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
