Building a new home, I was nervous and overwhelmed ordering over 20 blinds through the mail. I had several companies come out and give me estimates that were outragious. I decided to try Blind Chalet. From the moment I called the sales associate was patient and reassuring. I received the blinds shortly after, EVERY single blind was exact! I honestly could not believe that with so many blinds and custom sizes that every blind fit. The quality was fantastic, and I even installed them myself. DO NOT hesitate on ordering with Blind Chalet, you will be pleased!!

Great product! Fits perfectly on window, easy to install, good quality. Arrived in two weeks. Would have been wonderful if vendor send an email notification of shipment though.

Everything I've done with this company has been nothing short of perfect. My custom cut faux wood blinds were cut perfect and of highest quality. Customer service was top notch. I'd buy from them again if I had more windows.

Very nice blinds. Easy installation and delivered exactly as ordered. For larger window you may consider natural wood as faux are noticeably heavier to raise than natural wood.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
