My husband and I needed to replace the pleated day/night shades in an older class A motorhome we purchased and renovated. After much investigation, the best prices and best reviews were Blinds Chalet. I purchased them during one of their terrific sales, so they were more than half off the price offered by other companies.we measured the width of the prior shades which were about 2 inches wider than each window. To brighten up the interior I ordered the pleated day/night shades in Stitchbond Snow and Deco White. With the low price and free shipping I was a little nervous that the quality might not be that great, but when they arrived I was quite happy with the quality. The colors were a clean white and were exactly what I had hoped for (true color of white looked a bit gray on the website). My husband easily installed them in about an hour. The only issue we had was that the metal wall brackets that the shades clip into were over 'punched' or bent and needed to be flattented out with the tap of a hammer (took an extra few minutes). Would highly recommend Blind Chalet, and would definitely buy from them again. Beautiful shades!

Blinds came quickly and look great. Install clips are worthless. Could never get the rail to seat into the included mounting clips. Ended up drilling two holes near end of rail(outside or area containing the string) to mount. Worked fine.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
