Shades are great, however, instructions for installing them could use an update. Most of these type of shade are installed in a window valance/covering of some sort and your instructions do not allow for that.

Love the look of my new blinds. The only down side I have is they aren't as room darkening as I would have preferred. That is my own fault for not paying attention to samples sent out. Everything else from service, price, delivery was on point and on time. Will DEFINITELY used them again and recommend Blinds Chalet!

I requested several color samples before ordering my shades. The shades came quickly and look great. I am happy with the two colors, however, they do not match exactly the color samples from which I ordered. There were also some small spots on several of my shades that had to be cleaned.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
