I love theses shades, however I bought outside window mounts and gave them the dimensions of the window, thinking the material of the shades would be that dimension.

I love theses shades, however I bought outside window mounts and gave them the dimensions of the window, thinking the material of the shades would be that dimension. However, it came that the shade part was smaller than what I wanted and the mechanism was the width I ordered. I'm not very happy about that. Now I will have to put some kind of sides on the windows so you can't see the window. If you buy them, keep that in mind.

Had one shade arrive with minor shipping damage but one email to customer service with an attached picture and I had a replacement in about a week. That was great customer service!!

I needed a dual roller shade for my RV bedroom. My valance was narrow (top to bottom), so I installed the shades backwards to cover the day roller. Now my day shade can stay down and at night I only need to pull down the night shade.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
