For the price I am very pleased. The only negative was in the fabric...both quality and that it was crooked when attached to the header. Mine was a dark color and the fabric was thinner than anticipated. At night it looks great (and color and pattern were true to the site) but during the day it looks washed out. This was only for a powder room and not a major focal point, so it is fine.

I really like these shades. They are very well made and easy to install. I looked a long time for something for my windows and these were exactly what I wanted at a good value. They look great in my kitchen!

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
