We got 2 lined for doors and 7 unlined for windows. We are loving them! The unlined look is awesome from our back porch. I love that I can see the wood look both inside and outside. Even unlined the block the blinding sun from coming in my home in the morning. Very happy with our purchase!

Overall I love the look of these and they seem very high quality. I am trying to cover a corner window and got very mixed messages from the Customer Support for the true depth of the final product when I first placed my order. After they arrived I quickly realized the measurements were all off. They eventually agreed to remake them to new specifications, which made me very pleased. I just wish there were more photos and dimensions posed on the website so it's easier to know what you are buying.

I don't like the continuous cord loop as it is right in line with the edge of the blinds and rubs. You have to put the anchor base off to an angle, which might work for inside mount, but I would not recommended for outside mount. Also continuous cord loop mechanism adds about an inch to the depth of the headrail.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
