Overall these blinds are okay. The quality is good, the mechanism to raise and lower the blinds works well, however they are cheap looking. Now mind you they are in my dining room which is somewhat fancy. Initially I was looking at purchasing Hunter Douglass Silhouettes, but they are very costly! I stumbled upon these and thought they would be a good alternative. The top of the blinds has a plastic header that covers all the upper mechanisms. It is very cheap looking. In order to lessen the cheapness I covered the top with a valance. It does the trick, but put it this way, I am living with them. Am not going to return because they were cut to fit, which, by the way, both windows were cut to fit exactly. Could I recommend these? It really depends upon the look you're going for. They are well made, seem durable, but visually, not elegant and look inexpensive as if you picked them up at a discount store.

I am very happy with my shades so far. I have had them up for a few weeks now and they are easy to use and look nice. I ordered the all white light filtering version. They darken the room some but not to much, and they provide privacy in my main living area of the house.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
