Followed the directions exactly for inside mount blinds. The blinds arrived exactly as ordered. Perfect color and perfect fit! couldn't be happier with both of the blinds that I ordered for my bedroom windows. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for new window blind coverings.

Since we put new windows in, I haven't been able to find "stock" blinds to fit.

Since we put new windows in, I haven't been able to find "stock" blinds to fit. I was looking at altering blinds and clicked on an ad for Blinds Chalet in desperation--after spending hours on other websites trying to find this odd size. I wasn't too hopeful I could even afford custom blinds. Initially I was going to get the plastic ones and then I saw the metallic blinds. I decided to take a chance and I am glad that I did! They came fairly quickly and I gasped when I saw them. They are more lovely than the pictures depicted and matched my expensive silver ceiling fan. I am in love with them and am glad to show everyone my new blinds. Never did I even consider being able to afford these blinds. It's like jewelry for a room.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
