When we first installed our new blinds (2 of them) we discovered a problem with one of them. I called customer service, and a new one was made to order and shipped to us within a week. I love the cordless feature, and the blinds work perfectly. We are very happy with the product and the service.

These are great blinds and the price is right. I loved how easy they were to install, and they look very nice. I have two sets: a white one in my son's room and a coffee colored one in our office. I'm very happy with Blinds Chalet, just recently recommended the website to a friend, and when I replace the other blinds in our house this is where I'll shop.

The blinds are very easy to install and they look great in our living room and bedroom. Raising and lowering them is so easy and it's also easy to tilt the slats without any strings to pull. Great product and fast service.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
