I was hesitant at first but were pleasantly surprised by the quality. They are well made and arrive well packaged. Production times are pretty long (~2 months) and it came with no installation instructions. I searched on the internet and found them on the Norman Woodlore website. In the end, installation was easier than I thought but I wish Blinds Chalet posted the instructions or the manufacturer would package them with the product. Regardless, installation was pretty easy in the end and they really look great and seem to be of high quality. I would definitely recommend them.

After inquiring with several stores, I decided to take my chances on buying shutters from Blind Chalet although some of the feed backs that I've read was not very impressive. It turned out that I made the right decision because I received an excellent finished product at a much lower price than other stores had to offer. My only complains were that it took a month before my order of 3 windows were delivered and it did not come with installation instructions. Had to check the website and was able to figure it out. Was very easy but since this is my first time I wasn't sure in the beginning.After that it was so simple. Need few more and will watch for the sale.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
