I wanted to send a note and let you know how absolutely pleased I am with Blinds Chalet. I placed my order on Easter Sunday, April 20th (using the 40% off promo code) and received all 13 blinds by Friday April 25th. Packaging was terrific, each carefully and individually wrapped for protection. Each blind and box was clearly marked according to the window name and measurements. We installed ourselves, very easy to do with the hardware provided, and they look incredible. Color is rustic java and the "rustic" look to each blind is exactly what we were looking for.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
