Great customer service. The side valence piece cracked when I was putting it together. I emailed customer service and they sent me out two new side pieces!! No questions asked!!!! I have used Blind Chalet for 6 pleated shades and every time, everything was perfect!!!!!

Very nice blinds...great price...reasonable production time. My only suggestion to Blinds Chalet would be that they need to pack them a little better because a few of my blinds were damaged when I received them but not enough damage for me to feel the need to contact them about it. I'm sure they would have handled it greatly if I had complained.

The wood blinds look expensive and really add a nice touch to the dining room. The color swatches I ordered were a big help with matching the blinds to my woodwork. The fabric tapers add a touch of class...Very satisfied. Thanks.

The 6 blinds we ordered had a perfect fit, and the color we viewed on the computer screen looked like it was a close match to our existing woodwork.... Well, it turned out to be a PERFECT match. Everyone is happy with the order, and the blinds add a nice window dressing in our newly upgraded Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

I am totally satisfied with these wood blinds!! The color was fairly true to the e-catalog and blended well with my existing decor. The installation was far easier than expected--a piece of cake! The blinds look and operate great. I will purchase again if the opportunity arises. P.S. The price was reasonable and the sales staff was excellent!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
