We searched for affordable custom sun screen shades for our new screened porch and found only very expensive ones until we found Blinds Chalet! The ordering process was extremely easy and the price was phenomenal compared to others. The quality of the shades is wonderful!

This is our second order of these shades because the first order was so well made (fabric, hardware etc.) that we decided to do our second porch. Very smooth to operate. Can feel the quality in operation and the look is outstanding. Blinds Chalet is a very customer oriented company. Orders came quickly, instructions easily understood. Great product.

The product is great but the installation instructions are poorly written. The tie-down clips do not work with the stopping balls on the plastic chain. The stopping balls are in the wrong place and do not allow the shades to lower completely.

Everything about them i love price quality the mounting. Out of the 5 i bought i had small issues with one maybe someone just had a bad day but nothing i couldn't deal with and nothing the customer service couldn't help me with. Love the product and will deal with them again when or if i need more window coverings.
