Called them, they said they would send correct ones - they did swiftly - however... measurement was for wrong blind - I gave up - hubby fixed it by cutting down original cornice that we had not gotten rid of - thank god.

I like the 1" Faux Wood blinds, they are sturdy and look like the real thing. Having bought from you before, I knew the quality would be top-notch- but I have to say that the clips attaching the Valance are anything but good quality. They are a brittle, flimsy, plastic piece, and belong with "home center" blind, not yours.

I ordered 3 80" faux wood blinds, and 2 other regular sized faux wood blinds. So far, two of the 80" are installed, the rest will be done tonight.

My order shipped quickly like always, but the spacers were left out of my order, and had to be shipped after i opened boxes to install- so that was a big inconvenience.

On the 80" dining room blind, the driveshaft was pulled out of the gear, and the gear off the teeth of the wormdrive, so i had to first figure out how it worked, get the right timing, and put it back together...considering the cost, I was a little aggravated, but overall, you make a good product, ship quickly, and provide great customer service- but FIX those cheap valance clips! :)

These blinds were easy to install. I was concerned about taking the measurements myself, however I followed exactly what Blinds Chalet said on their site. They fit perfectly. The color was also pretty exact to the sample shown online.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
