I don't mind telling you we were a bit hesitant about ordering these blinds sight-unseen!! However, we were having a hard time finding exactly what we wanted and your company seemed to be offering!
And, we are very happy with the service and the product we received. The color is exactly what we wanted it to be and the installation was easy (the only thing we had to spend several minutes figuring out was how exactly the valance clipped on -- the pictures and instructions were not very clear).
Several of our neighbors have been by to see the blinds so you may receive more orders in the future!
We liked the ease of ordering and keeping track of our delivery date. Any person we talked with along the way was very helpful. AND, your prices were very reasonable compared to others we had investigated.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
