Without the instructions posted on the internet it would have been impossible to put these up correctly. Even with them, we had a problem with the cords having to be untied on the brace before installation. However, when all was said and done they look great and fit perfectly.

My blinds were beautiful and very high quality. I wish I had learned about your web site prior to my purchasing blinds for the rest of my home. I do want to order half round window treatments if you carry them. The windows are up quite high and I need to have the size measured. I will certainly order them from you. I can't tell you how happy I am with my blinds. I measured them myself for outside mount which was quite easy. I them told my husband that I ordered them and that he had to install them when I got them. He was surprised that I measured so accurately and they were so easy to install. They have the cornice which makes them look very expensive. I liked them so much that I told my friend and we measured for her. She is excited about getting them. I would very much recommend as I have already this company. Thank you...

I like the blinds. I ordered four blinds. Two of the blinds were damaged when they arrived. The boxes were in terrible condition, wet on the outside. The two blinds that were damaged had cracks and or dents in the top of the blinds.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
