I've been wanting to replace the aluminum mini blinds in my travel trailer for a long time. Was looking for something more elegant, yet functional. These blinds look terrific and allow 3 views- black out, shaded and clear-view. Well worth the little extra cost to get these nice looking pleated multi-view shades.

We got these to replace the aluminum blinds in our travel trailer. We were very nervous since we really hadn't seen them in action. We went to Home Depot and looked at their shades but the cost for one shade would have been more than the four from Blinds Chalet. We got the samples and they looked go so we went ahead and ordered. They arrived within two weeks and were exactly what we wanted. I would not hesitate to use them again. If I have one critique it would be that the instructions were not very clear although I figured it out fairly easily.

We needed a replacement shade for our Winnebago, known as a day & night shade. I called, we spoke, I measured, I ordered it arrived earlier than expected. We installed it, which was a challenge because there was a permanent valence and it could not be removed. BUT we are New Englanders and we got it done using the screws provided with the brackets. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
