I don't know if there was an option for a more sturdy or substantial pleated shade when I ordered the blinds.

I don't know if there was an option for a more sturdy or substantial pleated shade when I ordered the blinds. Had I known a little more about blinds I might have made a different choice. One of the blinds arrived with a small slit in the Day part of the pleat witch I will have to patch. The blinds look great and work well, was a chinch to install and I'm very happy with what I got for the price I paid. I would definitely buy from Blind Chalet in the future.

Thanks for the great service and product. Was a little worried about matching the colors in my older RV but your colors matched perfectly. The measurements were perfect. It only took me about 30 minutes to replace the old blind with your new one. I'll be ordering more to replace the other blinds in my rv. The day/night work perfectly.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
