Great Service from Blinds Chalet. One blind came without endcaps and was short a piece of hardware, but cutomer service got them sent out right away.
Our blinds look terrific.....great quality for the price! Installation was very easy also!!!!!

Excellent quality and appearance. Color was as expected and installation was a snap. My sole suggestion would be to ask if the blinds are being installed in a wood or metal frame: I have metal and had to make a quick trip to get tapping screws.

Delivered SO quickly. I ordered the privacy liner in the natural color and they are actually quite thick canvas fabric; could practically be blackouts. LOVE the edge binding. Very well made and EASY to install!! Looks fabulous!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
