The shades are perfect. The binding color of "mocha" is just what I wanted. It does not stand out, but rather just fades and adds that finishing touch. They look great and I would highly recommend. Thank you.

The shades are very nice and quality seems to be good. It was easy to install. My only issue is that the knobs were a yellowish color instead of a light brown which may have been more appropriate. The bottom up top down mechanism works well. All four blinds look beautiful in my living and dining rooms.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
