I have purchased the shades lined and unlined. They are lovely either way, but when lined privacy is assured regardless of the weave. Worth any extra cost to have the edges bound in either case. Customer service was excellent.

These shades look really great in our bedroom and were a lot less expensive through Blinds Chalet. Customer service was very good as well. We received a shade with a broken clutch and Blinds Chalet replaced the shade promptly.
We had a professional measure and install for us so we didn't mess up, so I can't give an accurate review of that portion. (But the review is forcing me to choose one, so I just went with average)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
