Once the custom shades shipped they arrived very quickly. The product was excellent quality and exactly what we had seen in the local stores for half the price. Plus we got the trim and the roman shade which we weren't even getting quoted at the local stores. I highly recommend the product and Blinds Chalet.

First I would like to commend and thank you for the expedient manner in which that shades were delivered. For me it came ahead of schedule and I was ecstatic. I was compactly and carefully packaged allowing for un-damaged delivery, another plus. May I say that the shades are beyond gorgeous; from the color of the Kyoto Merlot to the black binding not to mention the smooth operating pull cord system. The blinds have been bringing a smile to my face when I am in my apartment. I thank you for your site and your product.

I never post comments anywhere so that should tell you how much I love these shades. They came quickly, were easy to install, fit perfectly and look beautiful. I smile every time I look at them. They change the room. I got the option of having my liner separated from the shade and I love it! I have privacy at night and am able to let the light shine through during the day. I got the blackout liner which really darkens the room when I need it dark. Last but not least I saved a ton of money. I went to other web sites as well as multiple stores and the difference was amazing. I highly recommend this company!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
